Our Journey

Foundation

We initiated the journey in March 2022 with Consulting & Training in Hotel Corporates, Food & Catering segments.

Since its LLP inception on January 04th, 2024, in the city of Coal Capital ‘Dhanbad’ of Jharkhand, India, our organization has been driven by a strong desire for growth and a steadfast dedication to achieving excellence. Our primary objective is to provide impactful and transformative learning experiences that yield measurable outcomes.

Initial Work

Our initial project was Content Development & Training delivery for some of the esteemed Hotel Corporate, Industrial Canteen, Training mobilization with Training Partners & Corporate Organizations in Food Canteen, Food Outlets and Catering segments.

Competency Based Training

We embarked on a journey to provide competency-based training across academic institutes, training centers, and corporate organizations, with a primary focus on awareness, skilling, upskilling, and reskilling individuals and TEAM.

Capacity Building & Standards

Achieved significant milestones by successfully launching a new project focused on Capacity Building & Standards. In this endeavor, we have taken on the responsibility of conducting Training of Food Handlers in corporate canteen and food outlets. Additionally, we get actively involved in developing and refining Standards, SOP, HACCP, Hygiene rating, Menu planning, Costing, Food & Beverage Training Plans, and Presentations, to ensure the highest quality of training delivery.

Technical Consultancy & Empowerment

We partnered with corporate segments in technical consultancy services related to the Tourism & Hospitality standards in the Food and Accommodation zone, assisting Training Partners and Institutions in operating and ensuring smooth & efficient processes. Also extended our expertise to support organizations in developing their leadership program, Executive development programs, Multiskilling methods, and AI-based Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms.

Audit & Quality Assurance

Recently we started working on Audit & Quality assurance of Hospitality & Tourism Corporate in the Food and accommodation sectors based on Organizational SOPs Good Hygiene Practices and goods Manufacturing Practices.
